I'm Back

WOW IT HAS REALLY BEEN A LONG WHILE ....HAHA I NEGLECTED MY BLOG

So I my hand is fully recovered now. Yep I've been continuing to work on artsy stuff and the never ending job hunt. Nothing new there. hahahaha I've been re teaching myself how to watercolor again...it's getting there. I am also working on a couple of designs for costumes a photo shoot that my friend is organizing. Yeah it's a bit challenging but fun especially since it is something new that I am trying out.
Yeah.......
So I like to watch movies from different parts of the world and tv shows is the same thing as well as music. Yep Yep I do have my two American shows that I love Heroes and HOUSE of course and which as well I don't miss lol if I do I watch them online later; but yep I have the Korean drama that I am watching as well....It's almost over :( it only will have 16 episodes. Anyways right now I am a little obsessed with a Korean drama called You're Beautiful it's a bit of a teeny bopper drama I guess but it's cute and funny every episode makes me laugh pretty hard. My friend Ana (I will refer to her as Captain Banana in this blog in the future just cause its funny :D) and I watch it diligently :D we watch it when it first comes out and then we later read the recap of the episode which posted here since we don't understand Korean and later when the episode is subbed we watch it one more time :D
Captain Banana and I already have the ost and we are waiting for the pigrabbit plushie and pog like things and stickers to come out hahaha yeah we are a little crazy lol but we have fun with it.

Post Comic Con

I am still tired from my trip to San Diego for Comic Con. Comic Con I have to say was pretty awesome I didn't get to see all I wanted but at least this year I got to get in to the heroes panel unlike last year. I left on Thursday and was in San Diego till Monday. I have to say that I am glad my friends and I arrived to Comic Con after the Twilight panel because I did not want to be in the middle of the crazy obsessed Twilight fans that go a little too over board. Well it was a a good weekend with huge crowds all around wearing costumes and seeing all the great stuff. I got to see Stan Lee twice only a couple of feet away but sadly I did not get a chance to take a picture. I as well saw the creator of Batman and the original Batman from the live action series of the 60s Adam West. As much of a fan that I am of Johnny Depp I did not get to see him. At first I was a little bummed about it but then I just told myself well he was only on stage for about 2 mins so it's alright I'll hopefully have other opportunities to see him again. Hanyo Miyazaki was there at Comic Con and I missed my opportunity as well :( I would have tried to go see him but I woke up kinda late to go get in line for it and was suffering from a bit of a hangover :D
Hopefully I get the opportunity to once to be able to at least see from afar one of the great animators alive Miyazaki.
As I said I got to see the cast of heroes!!!!!
YAY!!!!!!! I love that show so it was awesome to go see them and the nice thing was is that I we were somewhat close to the stage...well to the point where I could see them without needing to stare at the screen the entire time. I think I have to say that seeing the cast of heroes and seeing Adam West and the creator of Batman was the highlight of my trip.....OH YEAH AND THE FACT THE MEXICO WON THE GOLD CUP IN SOCCER.
I some some trekies at Comic con which it was a little odd since Comic Con is more of a Star Wars area...well they did have their tiny booth still they don't beat Star Wars wooo!!
Of course aside of Comic Con my friends and I went to go see the semi final game for Mexico at a bar because the hotel did not have the channel where the game was going to be broadcast. Yep since on Thursday they won the semi my friends and I ended up drinking a bit an d explains the hangover on Friday. Sunday we ended up going to a restaurant that was quite a bit of a walk especially for me...woo since I sent both my friends ahead because I wanted to buy a shirt for my bro before they ran out of the sizes that I needed I ended up walking to the place with the wrong directions because the stupid navigator system the address that was sent to me was wrong error of the navigator. I ended up walking farther and afterward I had to find the actual place i was totally fried in the heat....but still it was worth it to see Mexico beat the US 5 to 0.
I do love the US soccer team but I had been rooting for Mexico to win.
